Q: I need these buttons within three days, can you do it?

A: If you need to receive your buttons by a certain date, please make sure to contact us in advance to ensure we can meet the deadline of your rush order.

 

Q: Id like to see an example of your work, can you send me a sample?

A: Yes, We can send out a sample pack right away. Please fill out our sample request page.

 

Q: I have multiple designs for my order, is this a problem?

A: Not at all. The order form allows you to upload up to 9 different pieces of artwork for each order. Please note that a design split fee of $2 applies per additional design.

 

Q: How do you ship your buttons?

A: All buttons are shipped via Canada Post express or expedited service, which include tracking numbers.

 

Q: I can get buttons for cheaper somewhere else, can you match that price?

A: We will try to match any advertised competitor price; we do however reserve the right to decline any price match job.

 

Q: What type of payment options to you accept?

A: We accept Visa and MasterCard as well Cheque’s and money orders.
